App deep-links

In this article we will help you create a white-labeled deep-link for your community. The link will work seamlessly on the mobile app.

💡 Begin the below process only when your app is live on the Play Store, App Store, or both.

Step 1: Create an account on branch.io

Step 2: Go to ‘Configuration’ under Configure

Step 4: Insert your credit card information to access the redirection fields.

Step 5: In the 'Required redirects' section, enter your community URL in the Default URL field.

Step 6: Select the checkbox for 'I have an Android App'.

Step 7: Enter ‘avalonvoices://’ in Android URI Scheme

Step 8: Choose ‘Google Play Search’ and search your app if it’s live

Step 9: Scroll down to the iOS redirect section and enter 'avalonmeta://' in the iOS URI Scheme.

Step 10: Choose 'Apple Store Search' and search for your app if it's live.

Step 11: Click 'Save' at the top to save these changes.

Step 12: After saving the previous changes, scroll down and click to expand 'Link Domain'.

Step 13: Click on the 'Change my app.link domain' button, enter your app or community name, and then click 'Get'.

Step 14: Go to ‘Account Settings’ from the left navbar and add ‘App name’ and click on ‘Save’.

Step 15: Click on the eye icon and copy the ‘Branch Key’
