Step 1: Locate Your Mixpanel Project Token​

  1. Log into your Mixpanel account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Project Settings.
  3. Find the project that corresponds to your community.
  4. Locate Access Keys and Copy the Project Token. This token is essential to link your community with Mixpanel.

Step 2: Insert Mixpanel Token into Your Community Settings​

  1. Log in to your "Graphy Community Platform" community.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the Mixpanel integration section.
  4. Paste your Mixpanel Project Token into the Enter Mixpanel API Token field.
  5. Save the changes.

Step 3: Verify Integration​

After defining your events, make sure to test the integration:

  1. Go back to your Mixpanel dashboard.
  2. Perform actions in your community that should trigger the events.
  3. Check Mixpanel to see if the events are logged.

Please note: The events might take upto 30 mins to be reflected on your mixpanel dashboard.

Troubleshooting​

  • Event Not Tracking: Please ensure that you have waited for at least 30 minutes after inserting the Mixpanel Project Token. Additionally, check if any actions have been performed in your community that should trigger the events.
  • Token Issue: Double-check that the correct Mixpanel Project Token is inserted.
